Our Programs

 As youth age-out of care, there needs to be a continuum of support that aids youths  transition towards adolescence to emerging adulthood. In this cause, ACM will provide effective and purpose driven advocacy, housing to those teens who need guidance and stability in this critical phase of pre-adulthood. In addition to achieving vocational aptitude  will include: 

• ServSafe Certification 
• Financial Literacy  
• Resume Development/  Job Readiness 
• Job Placement   

Program characteristics are embedded in best practice methodologies that span child welfare, delinquency and education. As a result, ACM  will provide vital service delivery linkage in the efforts of combating institutional driven morbidity that is exhibited by our juvenile crossover population. ACM will conduct following implementations:

• Assist  youth with the completion of court ordered goals and sanctions 
• Provide environment that is  least intrusive and complies with OJJDP recommendations for community-based secure facilities  

Apex Community Management Day Treatment Services are designed to provide DJJ probationers who are on the verge of revocation of probation, juncture. AMC will develop a performance plan that will assist probationers to achieve the goal of successful completion of probation via:

• Educational Surrogate 
• Restitution Program (Apprenticeship in exchange for Restitution Payment)  
• Compulsion Control Methodologies Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Aggression Replacement  Training, Motivational Interviewing.
• Self-Sufficiency Development (Entrepreneurship)        

Day Treatment Services are weekly M-F      9am-4pm Weekends only by request.
